Up until now, Khai has pretty much been afraid of moon bounces and playground tunnel, gym-like whatever you call them. All the other kids go wild in them and then there's Khai who I can see it in his eyes - he wants to go in...but still just isn't ready yet. Then this morning he saw a Burger King commercial showing Iron Man toys in their kids meal and he insisted we go. We don't generally go to Burger King, but for Iron Man.. its a deal. Khai got his meal, he got his toy, and as we were about to leave he told us with much excitement that he wanted to go to the playground area. SHOCK!!!! It didn't take very long for him to make his way up the tunnels and thru the whole maze...and then it didn't stop. He had conquered his fear and was loving it. John is extra proud of his little man today! I'm wondering if Iron Man had anything to do with it..

Running out to work so will have to comment on the rest later, but I am SO PROUD OF YOU KHAI!!! I adore the pic of him on the rope bridge thing... he looks so happy and so grown up! That took so much courage, so awesome!! Did you see Cooper's latest blog? He got stuck up in one of those playgrounds the other weekend and got totally scared so I had to climb up and rescue him! Awww, way to go Khai!!!! xoxo
