Museum and Metro

Today I went on my very first Metro ride! Mommy, Daddy and I went to Rosslyn with Jill and Eric to see the Dead Bodies Exhibit. I was really bored there but I managed to keep myself entertained and was a very good boy. Mommy said so. We didn't get to take any pictures while we were there though because we weren't allowed to bring cameras. Mommy and Daddy were not pleased with that at all. All we got were a few pictures outside the door. There was one very cool part of the exhibit though and that was the fetus section. We got to see the stages I went thru growing in Mommy's belly. Also at the end, Mommy held a real human brain, a monkey brain and a human heart. THAT was super cool. Daddy didn't want to touch them. Then, afterwards we went to McDonalds. Mommy said that McDonalds has been there forever and she also went there when she was a little girl. It looked pretty old.

That sounds so cool! The aquarium was fun, but there definitely wasn't anything as cool as dead bodies there! It's too bad your Mommy wasn't allowed to take pictures inside... I wanna see some bodies too! The picture of you on the metro is VERY cool though! Beats our sky train any day!

Super cool! My parents have been on the Metro. They said they'll take me on it when I get older so we can visit the Smithsonian and all the DC monuments. In the meantime, they haven't even taken me on the BART or CalTrain, so we'll see if they fulfill their promises. Dead bodies, eh? Our kitties brought in a dead bird, but Daddy wouldn't let me see it. I did see a dead beetle they brought in, though.

What? You got shafted on the dead bird.
A dead beetle is pretty cool though.
I haven't seen one of those yet.

What was really cool was when Mommy held the human heart in her very hands!! If we could have taken pictures, Mommy would have let me hold it too...or at least the baboon one.
